🚭 TABACOO AWARENESS PROGRAM

Buddhaanjali Foundation organized a Tobacco Awareness Program to spread awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco consumption and promote a healthy lifestyle.

The program educated people about cancer risks, heart disease, and encouraged quitting tobacco for a better future.

About Us

Buddhaanjali Foundation is a civil Trust organization that has evolved its identity as an autonomous non-profit organization registered under the Trust Registration Act, 1882. The Trust is committed to the holistic development of deprived, unprivileged, and poor sections of society.

The Foundation positively impacts the lives of poor and marginalized communities by encouraging and enabling them to participate in the development process through a people-centered approach.

Over the past 10 years, Buddhaanjali Foundation has been actively contributing in areas such as Capacity Building, Social and Legal Awareness, Diabetes and Cancer Awareness, Free Higher Education Awareness Programs, Natural Resource Management, Sustainable Livelihood Promotion, HIV/AIDS Prevention among Injecting Drug Users, Drinking Water and Sanitation, Female Literacy, Formal Education for Children, and Capacity Building of grassroots-level social sector organizations.

The activities of the Trust reach out to poor and marginalized groups, women, adolescents, and disadvantaged communities in both rural and urban areas, with special focus on unserved and underserved backward regions across different parts of India.

Buddhaanjali Foundation firmly believes in a participatory approach and ensures community involvement at every stage of the development process — from problem identification and project formulation to implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The Trust believes that people’s participation leads to long-term efficiency, cost-effectiveness, self-reliance, grassroots initiatives, and enhanced community-level organizational capacity.
